The GSE Land European Urban Atlas Services provides very high resolution hot spot mapping of urban functional areas (e.g. urban audit cities; high dynamic European urban conglomerations) and indicators for users such as city governments, DG-REGIO, DG- ENV, and EEA.
The data are now available on EEA portal for downloading. Here you can find several examples of the data for European cities (these data are also available on the Plan4all geoportal as services).
